Alena Goldstein serves as the Program Manager of Research & Evaluation at Vibrant Emotional Health where she oversees evaluations of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and other national and international research collaborations.
Alena has worked in the field of public health research since 2012, with experience coordinating and managing research relating to food insecurity, HIV prevention, tobacco use control, and for the past six years, crisis helplines and suicide prevention with Vibrant. Alena also serves as the Coordinator for the International Association for Suicide Prevention's Helplines Best Practices Special Interest Group. Alena is passionate about accessible, public health interventions that help people to thrive, and sharing research findings with different communities.
