Kristin Woodlock CEO of Woodlock & Associates, delivers results for government, healthcare payors, hospital systems, nonprofits and community-based organizations across the country. Ms. Woodlock served simultaneously as the Executive Deputy and Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). In this role she led the largest public mental health system in the United States. After thirty years of government service, Ms. Woodlock became a Crisis CEO for FEGS Health and Human Services, one of the County's largest non-profits to enter Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Under her leadership, FEGS transitioned over 125,000 clients to other providers in six months without a single untoward incident. As a subject-matter expert in behavioral health, she recently served as a faculty member of major initiatives with the National Council for Behavioral Health and an Investigator on the Columbia University HEALing Communities Study funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse. Kristin is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator using the research-based work of Dr. Brene Brown.
Ms. Woodlock is sought out by healthcare systems and providers for her unique ability to solve complex health and behavioral health issues.
