Mandi Ryan serves as Vice President of Healthcare Integration at Centerstone, a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. In her role as Health Link Administrator, she leads Health Home services that advance whole-person care coordination and health promotion for adults, children, and adolescents across all nineteen of Centerstone’s outpatient clinics in Tennessee. She also provides executive oversight for all substance use programs within the organization.
Ms. Ryan has served as Project Director for multiple Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grants, including Primary and Behavioral Health Care Integration (PBHCI), Minority AIDS Initiative–Service Integration (MAI-SI), Targeted Capacity Expansion–HIV (TCE-HIV), Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiatives.
With more than twenty years of experience spanning nursing, behavioral health, substance use treatment, primary care, and integrated service delivery, Ms. Ryan brings deep clinical and operational expertise to her work. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership and Administration from Walden University, earned her Registered Nursing degree from Baptist Health Systems, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Ouachita University.
