B18 - From Crisis to Recovery: Centerstone’s Seamless Crisis Care With 988 and CCBHC Services

Centerstone, the nation’s largest nonprofit behavioral health provider, is transforming crisis care through integration of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, mobile crisis response teams, crisis stabilization units, crisis follow-up services, and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) programs. This presentation will share how these initiatives create a seamless, person-centered continuum of care that ensures timely intervention, short-term stabilization, effective follow-up, reduced hospitalizations, and long-term recovery support. Participants will learn practical strategies to assign the right level of care based on client needs, align crisis services with CCBHC principles, strengthen community partnerships, and improve continuity of care.
