Burnout and turnover remain major threats to the nonprofit behavioral health workforce. Too often, the culprit is not lack of passion but poorly designed workflows, excessive documentation requirements, and inefficient processes. In this session, participants will learn how to use process mapping and workflow redesign to reduce unnecessary burdens, strengthen staff engagement, and improve retention. With tools and case examples drawn from organizational consulting, you’ll discover actionable ways to create a more sustainable workplace where staff can thrive—and where clients receive higher quality care as a result.
