Katherine has spent her career working in the Behavioral Healthcare setting, providing both direct care and executive leadership in diverse programs spanning the full spectrum of care. Integrating systems and bringing programs together to provide the best possible evidence-based wraparound services are a passion for Katherine, as she has successfully participated both as an executive and a consultant in the redesign of programs to create optimal efficiency and teamwork. In her work with MTM Services, Katherine focuses on issues of workforce development and clinical enhancement, bringing her passion for our teams and the individuals we serve to the organizations she's lucky enough to partner with. She believes that when all levels of staff and programs within an organization are working together with a cohesive and co-occurring approach that organizations, staff and patients all ultimately succeed.
