Discover how the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) model empowers employers to turn compassion into action and recovery into a workforce strength. This engaging session breaks down the RFW tiered framework and shows how organizations can intentionally hire, retain, and support people impacted by substance use and mental health disorders while building safer, healthier workplaces. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies—including stigma-reducing education, policy and practice updates, naloxone training, and community collaboration—that drive culture change and measurable impact beyond the workplace.
