Opioid Prevention Supervisor

Taylor Nickerson is the Opioid Prevention Supervisor with St. Mary’s County Health Department Local Behavioral Health Authority where she coordinates multiple projects related to the opioid epidemic and works with internal and external partners on specific interventions. She also handles grants management and reporting, develops new funding proposals, and monitors implementation of the St. Mary’s County Strategic Plan for Overdose Response. She graduated from James Madison University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences. She currently attends Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she is pursuing her master’s in public health.
