This session will share practical lessons, emerging trends, and strategies for scaling integrated services, offering actionable solutions for agencies supporting youth transitioning out of homelessness.
Learning Objectives:
Identify key strategies for implementing co-enrollment and coordinated services that enhance housing stability and support youth well-being.
Discuss practical approaches for integrating mental health support into housing programs to improve outcomes for youth.
Formulate actionable steps for implementing or scaling integrated services within their organizations.
