LeShawn Arbuckle, LCSW-S has dedicated nearly 30 years to advancing the wellbeing of youth and families. As the Division Director of Counseling & Wellbeing Services at LifeWorks, she oversees multiple programs that provide integrated mental health supports, combining leadership, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to community impact. A public advocate for children and families, LeShawn earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor. She has been recognized for her excellence in social work education and leadership, including as Field Instructor of the Year by UT Austin’s School of Social Work (2011–2012) and as a 2024 nominee for DivInc's Champions Of Change Nonprofit Leader of the Year.
