In 2021, 4C Health became the first behavioral health center in the nation to adopt a 4-day, 32-hour workweek for all full-time employees without reducing pay or benefits. More than three years later, the model has proven highly successful: 95% of staff report high satisfaction, 88% note positive impacts on life outside of work, and over 70% report reduced burnout. Additionally, 86% say they provide better care to clients as a direct result. The 4-day workweek is now a cornerstone of 4C Health’s culture, supporting staff well-being and strengthening community care.
