Lisa Willis-Gidley is the Chief Revenue Officer at 4C Health, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, that serves 7 counties in North Central Indiana. She provides operational oversight of the agency’s Patient Access, Marketing and Non-service revenue and grant management. Lisa has worked for 4C Health for 18 years and has extensive knowledge in comprehensive community mental health. She has developed several layers within 4C Health programs and provided oversight for these programs, creating positive outcomes for consumers and associates within 4C Health. She serves as the agency trainer for Trauma Informed Care, QPR, Resiliency and Neuroscience Development. Lisa has a passion for serving those individuals who experience extensive barriers, such as access to mental health services and works to reduce health disparities. Lisa has an associate degree in Medical Assisting, a bachelor's degree with concentration of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Social Worker.
