The Constellation of Care Framework highlights how peer support specialists strengthen these connections by linking clinical expertise with lived experience to create systems that are truly person-centered. This session will explore evidence-informed strategies for integrating peer support into interdisciplinary teams, address barriers such as role confusion and hierarchy, and offer practical tools for strengthening team cohesion. Attendees will gain actionable approaches to elevate peer support and enhance the effectiveness of collaborative care in their organizations.
