Dr. Stanley Williams, PhD, serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, where he leads four whole-care integrated primary care and behavioral health programs in partnership with the University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine. A nationally recognized leader in whole-person care, he led and developed innovative value-based care models that address complex co-occurring conditions, reduce disparities, and improve outcomes for underserved populations. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Williams has designed and advanced high impact, scalable program models and cross-sector collaboratives that drive measurable outcomes. He serves as Co-Chair of the Harris County Health Equity Collective Mental Health Subcommittee, contributes to statewide policy initiatives, and is an adjunct professor and national speaker on population health and system transformation.
