First Responder Advocate
Molly O’Neil is a Reiki practitioner, a first-responder mental health advocate, and a proud mom to two young adults. Her advocacy is deeply personal. O’Neil’s husband, Chris, a Massachusetts State Trooper, died by suicide—an unimaginable loss that reshaped her life and ultimately led her to speak openly about the mental health challenges faced by first responders and their families. Through sharing her story, she works to remind those in the first responder community that they are not alone and that asking for help is a sign of strength. Today, O’Neil is passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health in law enforcement and creating space for honest conversations about grief, resilience, and healing. Through both her advocacy and her work as a Reiki practitioner, she offers compassion, presence, and hope.
