Dr. Debra L. Ainbinder is the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and a Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Program at Lynn University. Dr. Ainbinder coordinates the new CMHC Concentration in Crisis, Resilience, and First Responder Trauma Training (CRAFT), a program designed in collaboration with trauma clinicians and the First Responder community. She is President and an executive board member of the International Association for Resilience and Trauma Counseling (IARTC), a division of the American Counseling Association. Dr. Ainbinder is the administrator for the Lynn University Resilience Toolkit, a series of interventions to inspire resilience in the higher education community. Dr. Ainbinder has a private practice in her community and has served on various editorial boards and academic committees, and has presented internationally and nationally on self-care, trauma, resilience, supervision, and counselor education.
