Annie Jensen, LCSW, has more than 25 years of experience in clinical practice and behavioral health care administration with a focus of enhancing consumer centered care and practice improvement. She currently serves as Co-Author & Principal Outcomes Consultant for DLA-20 Insights. Throughout her career she has helped more than 1,000 national organizations adapt and thrive in the changing health care landscape by raising client level outcomes. Additionally, she helps organizations in improving client access, improving service processes, enhancing consumer-centered care and integrating primary care and behavioral health services. Her DLA-20 trainings have given providers valid scores and consistent utilization for health care report cards, develop levels of care, support treatment planning and psychiatric approval for Medicaid reimbursement. Annie Jensen is a licensed clinical social worker and has served as an administrator in behavioral health and health care environments for 20 years.
