As the founding CEO of Set Free Alaska, Philip has led the organization from its first employee to a current staff of more than 130. His leadership and influence extend beyond the agency through service on various local and statewide boards and commissions. As the owner of Catalyst for Transformation, Philip facilitates individual, organizational, and cultural transformation through his consulting work. He is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Leadership Program, holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, and resides in Alaska with his wife and five children.
