Ursula Davis is an Associate Project Director with the Georgia Health Policy Center’s, Center of Excellence for Behavooral Health and Wellbeing(COE). She is also the owner and therapist of Next Level Therapy and Wellness Services LLC in Stockbridge, GA. She brings with her experience in child welfare, mental health, program management, training, and strategic planning. Her primary projects at the center include serving as the project manager for the Georgia Beck Initiative and other Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) programs. This is a collaborative clinical, educational, and administrative partnership to disseminate Recovery-Based Cognitive Therapy training and consultation through the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities provider network. Ms. Davis serves as a co-lead of the Workforce Development body of work of the COE supporting other mental health professionals as well as the general public in education around mental health literacy, treatment modals and mental wellness. Ursula is a certified instructor in youth, adult and teen Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Systems, Secondary Traumatic Stress, Sources of Strength and Connections Matter. In addition, she holds a license in Professional Counseling and is certified as a Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor and has provided individual and group counseling in a clinic setting for adults and adolescents.
