Gulsum Silluzio, is the Vice President of Operations at Horizon Health Services. She graduated from Canisius College with a triple major in Psychology, Criminal Justice and Political Science, then went on to get her Master’s in Social work from University at Buffalo in 2013. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience in the field. Gulsum entered her first leadership role in 2015 as a Clinical Supervisor, then Program Director that same year. In 2016 Gulsum shifted to oversee Outpatient Operations and lead outpatient change management for 6 years at Horizon. In 2025 Gulsum become the Vice President of Operations and now oversees 40 medical providers including Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She has utilized her leadership skills to navigate and support various departments within the organization to help with retention and management of organizational change.
