Elizabeth Hole is the Corporate Director of Outpatient Operations for Horizon Health Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Canisius College and a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working in behavioral health, hospital, and social service agencies. She is skilled in clinical operations and personnel management with demonstrated ability to align teams with strategic initiatives focused on patient experience and strong staff morale. She is trained in EMDR, fluent in Spanish and experienced in research, statistical analysis and literature review. Elizabeth was the recipient of the Buffalo Business First IDEA (Inclusion Equity Diversity Awareness) Award in 2020 and has been a part of the Horizon Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council since 2014. On weekends, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her wife, Karla and 6 year old twins Evelyn and George.
