Jennifer Cervi, LCSW, CASAC, is a behavioral health leader with extensive experience in integrated care and substance use disorder treatment. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University at Buffalo and is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor.
Currently serving as Clinical Director of Integrated Services at Horizon Health Services, Jennifer oversees the development and implementation of evidence-based programming across a leading behavioral healthcare agency in Western New York. Her leadership spans clinical supervision, program development, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving access to comprehensive care.
Jennifer’s career at Horizon includes progressive leadership roles, previously serving as Clinical Director of Substance Use Disorder Services, Program Director of an outpatient SUD clinic, and as a frontline counselor. She has played a pivotal role in advancing integrated treatment models, training clinicians in dual diagnosis care, and implementing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programming agency-wide.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Jennifer is the Program Director of MAT Connect within her agency, a SAMHSA grant-funded program designed to provide rapid access to evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorders. She also co-chairs the Erie County Mental Health Subcommittee, collaborating with community stakeholders to identify and address mental health needs across the region.
Jennifer is a recognized educator and trainer, having developed and facilitated continuing education programs for the University at Buffalo School of Social Work on topics including family engagement in substance use treatment and interventions for overdose and suicide risk. Her work reflects a deep commitment to improving clinical outcomes, expanding access to care, and fostering professional development within the behavioral health field.
