Kaitlyn Martin played a pivotal role in shaping Devereux’s ASCEND Career Accelerator Program, contributing to its design and development even before its official launch and helping to build it from the ground up. In her current role on the Talent and Career Development team, she supports initiatives that strengthen workforce pipelines, advance leadership development, and provide equitable career growth opportunities for team members across the organization.
Previously, Kaitlyn served as a People Operations Data Analyst at Devereux, where she focused on reducing turnover and improving retention at an organizational level through data-driven strategies and workforce insights.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from West Chester University. With a strong background in people analytics, talent development, and program design, Kaitlyn is passionate about creating innovative solutions that empower individuals to thrive while meeting critical workforce needs.
