Lisa Blanchard, MA, LMHC, is the Chief Clinical Officer at Spectrum Health Systems Inc. based in Massachusetts. Lisa is responsible for clinical design, clinical development, and training across Spectrum’s programming. This includes outpatient programs, medication for addiction treatment, substance use and mental health, and inpatient programs. Spectrum also provides correctional treatment programs in prison and community-based settings in several states and programs for at-risk youth. Ms. Blanchard is an experienced clinician with over twenty-five years of experience in behavioral health and has developed a training and technical assistance program supporting both Spectrum’s programs as well as other agencies, providers, and communities on substance use disorders and treatment. Ms. Blanchard is trained as a NIATx process improvement coach and serves as a NIATx coach and national presenter. She has also worked as a consultant and presents at the national level on innovations in behavioral health treatment. Ms. Blanchard co-hosts the podcast Airing Addiction that features experts in the field and the stories of individuals with lived experiences. Ms. Blanchard holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
