Dr. Victoria Kildal is a lifelong Alaskan with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health across rural and frontier communities. Her work centers on practice-based evidence, systems improvement, resilience, and addressing disparities for Alaska Native and underserved populations. As Chief Learning Officer at the Alaska Behavioral Health Association (ABHA), Dr. Kildal leads statewide workforce development and technical assistance efforts and contributes to ABHA’s extensive advocacy and strategic initiatives to strengthen Alaska’s behavioral health system.
