Kelley has worked on the compliance, human resources, and talent acquisition side of health care for almost 25 years. She has been deeply involved the past 5 years as Director of the John and Kathy Ackerman Center for Mental Health Professional Development at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health in creating workforce pathways for clinicians, peer recovery specialists, and care coordinators. Much of this work involves laying much groundwork in developing the collaborations necessary with educational providers.
