Dr. Herlan is a licensed clinical psychologist and clinical supervisor specializing in integrated behavioral health care in Greater Hartford, Connecticut. In her current role with The Village for Families and Children, she recruits, trains, and supervises behavioral health providers embedded in pediatric primary care offices. Dr. Herlan is deeply committed to strengthening collaboration between medical and behavioral health teams to ensure children and families receive comprehensive, accessible care while also supporting providers and practices in delivering coordinated, high-quality services.
