• Strategic Service Line Analytics & Transformation: Advised CEO, CFO, CMO, and other clinical and business leaders in strategic planning across orthopedics, women’s health, oncology, and cardiology. Delivered executive dashboards and KPI reports on cost, clinical variation, LOS, readmissions, and quality metrics to inform data-driven decisions and enhance financial and clinical outcomes.
• Joint Venture Implementation: Led operational readiness planning for a payer-provider joint venture in Texas, resulting in the launch of 10 care centers and a new commercial health plan by aligning legal, clinical, financial, and IT teams.
• Claims & Revenue Oversight: Directed a 10-person team auditing VA healthcare medical, dental, and pharmacy claims across 36 states, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.
• Revenue Cycle Optimization: Conducted assessments across multi-site health systems to identify revenue cycle inefficiencies, benchmark managed care contracts and CDMs, enhance denials management, reduce A/R days, and improve collections through executive dashboards and analytics.
• Capital Project Leadership: Managed the development of a financial feasibility study supporting a $285M bond-funded expansion including a new patient pavilion and Level II Trauma Center, leading demand analysis and financial forecasting for key service lines.
• Digital Health & Analytics Strategy: Spearheaded the design and launch of an enterprise performance management platform integrating claims, cost accounting, and supply chain data—delivering encounter-level financial visibility and strategic insights for hospital executives.
