Gillian Williams is the Strategic Partnerships Program Manager for the Overdose Prevention Initiative at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI). In this role, she manages and cultivates relationships with national partners to expand treatment access and harm reduction services for opioid use disorder, aiming to reduce overdose deaths in the United States. Before joining GHAI, Gillian served as the Program Manager for Strategic Partnerships at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Gillian holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Delaware.
