Siobhan Cunningham, LCSW, is a behavioral health executive, licensed clinical social worker, and Air Force veteran dedicated to advancing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care in community health settings. As Director of Behavioral Health at Mat-Su Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Alaska, she leads integrated care initiatives that serve diverse and rural populations, including justice-involved clients and military-connected individuals.

Her work focuses on improving access through crisis system redesign, harm-reduction expansion, and trauma-informed workforce development.
She is also the creator and host of Armed with Ambition, a leadership platform and media project that equips women veterans and military women with tools to navigate life transitions and claim their next-level purpose. Her work bridges systems strategy with lived experience to inspire change across the field.
