Daniella Labate Covelli, MSW, CPRP, is the Vice President of Recovery & Rehabilitation Training and has dedicated over 25 years to the field of mental health recovery services. She holds certifications as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and a Cognitive Remediation Specialist and earned her master’s degree in social work from Hunter College in NYC. Since joining The Alliance team in 2016, Daniella has brought her extensive experience as the Director of Outpatient Mental Health Programs in NYC to her current role.
Daniella is a skilled strategic planner with deep expertise in Medicaid Managed Care, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, program development, infrastructure development, capacity building, and workforce development. She is also passionate about leadership development, supporting both emerging and seasoned leaders to leverage their strengths and achieve their full potential. Daniella is committed to advancing the field through innovative approaches and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
