Erni Kozlowski is a manager at CohnReznick and is a member of the Firm’s Healthcare Industry Practice. He has experience serving ambulatory care facilities such as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and hospitals, as well as mental health focused organizations such as Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Erni specializes in Medicaid rate setting and rate appeals, preparing financial and statistical regulatory reports, conducting financial feasibility studies, preparing financial forms for State and Federal grant applications, and evaluating financial and operational performance. He also supports program development and strategic business planning efforts.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Erni worked in the regulatory department of a multinational investment bank and financial services company, where he focused on data quality, integrity, and materiality as a part of the CFO attestation process.

Erni is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York. He is also a participant in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program through the CFA Institute and has completed Level I of the program.
