Kathryn Davis, MA, LPC, leads the Outpatient Restoration Program in Colorado, the largest statewide initiative of its kind dedicated to providing competency restoration services for both adults and juveniles throughout the State of Colorado. She champions a community-centric approach, collaborating with local behavioral health, human services, and court professionals across the state to deliver crucial education, treatment, and vital community resources. Kathryn's career began in community behavioral health, where she directed two centers and played a pivotal role in establishing groundbreaking programs such as treatment courts, jail-based services, and outreach initiatives, particularly impacting Colorado's mountain region. A former Mental Health First Aid instructor, Kathryn firmly believes that robust behavioral health thrives within the community, offering the essential support that empowers individuals within the criminal justice system to find their path to healing and a thriving future. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regis University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado – Denver.
