Breeann Rocha, LCSW, is the Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Programs at New Mexico Solutions. Since 2018, she has led the development and expansion of high-fidelity ACT services across Albuquerque and surrounding communities, with a strong focus on program development, clinical supervision, and workforce support. Breeann’s work emphasizes translating evidence-based practices into sustainable, real-world systems of care for individuals with serious mental illness, including the integration of Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) within ACT programs. A licensed clinical social worker since 2014, Breeann has dedicated her career to community-based mental health services, with a special focus on expanding access in underserved areas. A proud native New Mexican, Breeann is married and the mom of two boys who keep her busy on the baseball field when she’s not working.
