Keith Little, MPA, is an Executive Leader with close to 40 years of experience providing executive leadership to New York State, New York City, local government organizations, and in the nonprofit human services sector. His considerable experience spans sectors and services that encompass service provisions in behavioral health, child welfare, intellectual and developmental disabilities, homeless programming, juvenile justice, and nonprofit law. The scope of his leadership has included small, medium-sized, and large nonprofit organizations, with his leadership providing a vision for growth and strategic positioning. Additionally, Keith has served on multiple Boards of Directors, serving as chairperson for two Boards of Directors.
His areas of expertise include Organizational Assessment and Management; Strategic Planning and Positioning; Mergers and Acquisition planning and management; Executive Leadership Development; Executive Transitions; and Board of Directors training and coaching. Mr. Little served as the President & CEO of SCO Family of Services, one of New York’s largest multi-service not-for-profit agencies, where he was responsible for oversight of the agency’s extensive continuum of residential and community-based child welfare, early childhood, youth development, family support, special needs, and homeless services. Currently, Mr. Little is the Founder and President of Kemili Solutions.
