Kathy Hagen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience working in community behavioral healthcare settings. Ms. Hagen led the effort in writing the CCBHC expansion grant that led to her non-profit organization’s certification as a CCBHC in 2021. Ms. Hagen is skilled at program development and implementation. She started the first Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program in Washington State and has implemented many evidence-based programs. She left her position as Chief Clinical Officer in 2023 to join the MTM team, providing Executive Leadership, CCBHC, and Workforce Development consultation.
