Nearly a decade into the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) movement, states, providers, and managed care organizations (MCOs) are still discovering how to combine their complementary strengths for greater population health impact. This session explores the untapped potential when CCBHCs’ comprehensive service arrays and access are aligned with MCOs’ data, analytics, and population-level perspective, and the role of States in setting the stage. Panelists will describe practical strategies for aligning quality priorities, data infrastructure, incentives, and roles so systems can work more efficiently and effectively.
