Over a 16-year career, she has led mental health training, supervision, and implementation efforts in more than 20 countries, including Ukraine, Syria, Myanmar, Iraq, and across sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Stephanie is a co-developer of the Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), a flexible, transdiagnostic treatment model built to be effective across diverse populations, providers, and settings, and a certified trainer in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Her work centers on building sustainable local capacity so that communities have access to quality mental health care long after any single initiative ends.
