Tom currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Development at Connections Health Solutions, where he leads strategic initiatives, value-based strategy, and tech-enablement to support expanding access to urgent and emergent behavioral health care. In his 4 years at Connections, Tom has been instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making to improve patient outcomes and scale Connections’ high-intensity crisis stabilization model so more communities have immediate access to high-quality care at lower cost.
Tom has a background in federal health consulting with a focus on health equity and innovative care modalities. His leadership at Connections focuses on building cross-sector partnerships to unite payors, providers, and community stakeholders around innovative, data-informed care that improves lives across disparate communities and brings more value to people receiving care and the system that delivers it. Tom is currently focused on integrating advanced digital platforms, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve risk identification and tailor interventions for the people who need it most, aligning his passions for impact and innovation to advance high-quality mental health care nationwide.
