Chaitanya (Chai) Adabala Viswa is a senior technology and AI transformation executive with nearly two decades of experience leading digital, analytics, and GenAI-driven change across industries worldwide. A former Partner at McKinsey’s QuantumBlack, he was the founding leader of the firm’s North America Advanced Analytics practice, where he led more than 60+ large-scale digital and AI transformations, generating over USD 3B in measurable client impact.
Earlier in his career, Chaitanya helped establish the enterprise analytics group at Caterpillar, where he helped build the company’s first global analytics organization and launched several award-winning analytics platforms that improved machine performance and productivity.
He has advised the World Economic Forum on responsible technology and data policy and partnered with India’s Ministry of Telecommunications on early 5G innovation frameworks. Chai holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras, both earned with merit scholarships for academic excellence.
