Mike DeKock is the Founder and CEO of MJD Advisors, a CPA firm focused exclusively on SOC 2 reports, ISO audits (including ISO 42001), and related compliance services. A licensed CPA and University of Iowa graduate, he began his career in financial statement auditing at a large CPA firm, where he built deep expertise in audit and attestation standards and developed a passion for process improvement. After years as a general practitioner, he found his niche in compliance reporting in 2017 and launched MJD Advisors in 2021 to deliver a more modern, efficient, and high-value approach to compliance. He is known for simplifying complexity, strengthening client relationships, and championing the use of technology and AI to create a better audit experience.
