Nationally recognized behavioral health leader, Linda is the retired President and CEO of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing where among her accomplishments are Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and Primary and Behavioral Healthcare Integration clinical and financial models. Former faculty of Columbia University’s Department of Psychiatry, Linda served as Senior Deputy Commissioner of the NYS Office of Mental Health and led both inpatient facilities and community mental health centers.
