Zoe Frantz, MBA, is the CEO and President of Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers. As a mental health and substance use disorder professional for over 25 years and advocate for 20 years, Zoe has extensive experience in this field. She serves as a member of the National Council of Public Policy Committee, the Governor’s Behavioral Health Commission, the YJDOC Behavioral Health Workgroup, the Project AWARE Advisory Committee, the Bowen Center for Health Workforce Research and Policy’s Behavioral Health Playbook Workgroup, the Indiana Behavioral Health Transformation Coalition, and a state member for JRAC. Zoe has been nationally recognized for her efforts; she was named the 2024 National Advocate of the Year by the National Council of Mental Wellbeing.
In addition to her leadership roles in the mental health field, Zoe is an engaged parent of two youths: one high school student and one middle school student. She is the PTO Co-President of Klondike Middle School, and she is the wife of a middle school science teacher.
