Lucia Huang is co-founder and CEO of Osmind, which offers a platform for breakthrough mental health research and treatment to help the medical community advance life-saving mental health interventions. Over 800 psychiatric clinics in 49 states leverage Osmind’s software and services to run their practices and deliver better patient care. Osmind also works with life sciences companies to bring new drugs to market. Osmind is a 45 person team at the Series B stage and is funded by DFJ Growth, Future Ventures, and General Catalyst.
Prior to Osmind, she led business and operations at Verge Genomics, a next generation biotechnology company leveraging artificial intelligence for central nervous system diseases such as ALS and Parkinson’s. Before Verge, Lucia was a growth investor at Warburg Pincus, where she made investments to help scale innovative healthcare technology companies such as those developing Electronic Health Records systems. Lucia started her career as an investment banker advising the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies while at Evercore.
Lucia graduated Yale with a B.S. in Chemistry and earned an MBA at Stanford, where she was also awarded a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation for her dedication to social impact. Lucia has devoted her career to improving patient outcomes through driving change at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Lucia outdoors; she’s particularly fond of surfing the frigid waters of Northern California.
