Emma White is the Founder and President of the Life Is Worth It Organization, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides workshops, education, and curriculum on total life wellness for youth and their communities to help prevent suicide. Emma is the Author of It's Not OK, but It Will Be, Host of the It Will Be Podcast, Mental Health Expert and Suicide Survivor. Emma was named Womelle’s Top 5 Female Founders in 2025 and USA Today’s Woman of the Year for 2024. She was selected as the winner of the Jersey Mike's Sub Abover 2021 Award and the 2022 Winner of the Young Professional's Network 20 Under 40 Award. Emma's TEDx Talk is titled "Why We Need a National Health Curriculum to Prevent Suicide in Schools." She is also the Youth Suicide Prevention Coordinator for the Nevada Office of Suicide Prevention, where she specializes in youth suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention strategies on local, state, and federal levels.
Emma is an accomplished speaker and advocate whose passionate voice and lived experience has gained national acclaim.
