Jessica L. Gentry, M.A., LPC-S, is a behavioral health executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing person-centered care across community mental health, integrated healthcare, and crisis services settings. She currently serves as Senior Director of Clinical Services at Gulf Coast Center, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and Local Mental Health Authority serving Galveston and Brazoria Counties in Texas, where she leads Clinical Excellence strategic initiatives, oversees Utilization Management operations, and directs workforce development, quality improvement, and CCBHC regulatory compliance across the organization. Jessica has held senior leadership roles in both Texas and Florida, including Director of Integrated Health Care and School-Based Services at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, where she served as a member of the Executive Management Team and managed a multi-million-dollar SAMHSA-funded integrated healthcare grant across an eight-county service area. Her clinical training spans EMDR, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Union Institute and University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University. A native Virginian now calling the Texas Hill Country home, she enjoys reading, music, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
