Customer Insights Manager
Eleos Health
Spring Hill, Florida
Kate Benedetto, M.A., is the Customer Insights Manager at Eleos, where she serves as a product advisor who translates real-world customer experience into clear product direction. With nearly 20 years in community mental health, Kate is known for quickly getting to the heart of what’s happening on the ground—how workflows actually operate, where friction hides, and what teams need in order to deliver better care with fewer obstacles. She partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to surface market pain points, connect them to outcomes, and turn insights into practical actions that inform roadmapping and prioritization.
Before joining Eleos, Kate spent roughly eight years in direct client care as a therapist and case manager, working with a wide range of populations. She then moved into community mental health center leadership and administration for the next decade, holding roles spanning quality assurance, revenue cycle management support, and IT—including serving as the interim IT Director. Across functions, she became her organization’s “smokejumper”: the person called in for the complex, high-stakes problems that needed both steady leadership and fast, workable solutions.
Kate holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and regularly speaks on webinars and at state and national conferences. She brings a rare blend of clinical understanding, operational depth, and product-minded curiosity—grounded in community mental health and focused on building tools that actually make work easier.
She currently resides in the Tampa, FL area and is frequently found caring for her own mental health on a yoga mat, digging in the garden, paddling down the river, and watching car races.
