Yoon H. Choi, MS, PhD, is a Director of Practice Improvement and Consulting at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In her role, Dr. Choi oversees multiple projects funded by the CDC and philanthropic partners focused on workforce development, capacity building, behavioral health, and public health. Dr. Choi previously served as a Project Manager and Postdoctoral Researcher at Cornell University’s Social Media Lab working on a project to advance youth digital literacy and mental wellbeing. She holds a PhD and MS in Communication from Cornell University.
