Sara is a retired first responder with a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and a mission to be a catalyst for system-wide wellness transformation in the public safety world. She blends Eastern and Western healing strategies to help responders reclaim health and vitality, that sense of being alive. With a background as a Family Behavioral Therapist, Juvenile Probation Officer, and 911 Dispatcher, she brings a grounded, trauma-informed lens to every aspect of her work. Now a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Mental Health Coach, Sara meets responders where they are mentally, emotionally, and physically. She develops personalized wellness plans, delivers strategic education courses, and consults with agencies to build sustainable, system-level solutions. Her work centers on the belief that wellness is both a personal responsibility and a non-negotiable standard in public safety.
