Suzanne Pearlman, MA (she/her), is a nationally recognized leader in curriculum development and culturally responsive instructional design, with a strong focus on advancing mental health equity, access, and community wellbeing. As a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid (Adult, Youth, Teen, and Workplace models) since 2013, and a community MHFA Instructor since 2010, Suzanne has played a key role in expanding the reach and impact of MHFA, particularly across New Mexico, within Tribal communities, and diverse education settings. She has supported statewide implementation efforts, strengthened instructor pipelines, and helped organizations embed sustainable, evidence-based mental health literacy programming.
